These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern the use of the web application (“Platform”) operated by [KokumSell Kart(KsKart) product of Codedfruit] (“we”, “our”, “us”). By accessing or using the Platform, store owners (“Sellers”) and visitors/customers (“Users”) agree to these Terms.

Platform Role

The Platform provides a technology solution that allows Sellers to:
  • - Create a digital storefront
  • - Upload product details, images, and prices
  • - Share their store link with customers

Customers place orders directly with Sellers via WhatsApp or Email.

We do not handle payments, deliveries, or order fulfillment.

Eligibility

  • - Sellers must be at least 18 years old
  • - Sellers must comply with all applicable Indian laws
  • - Sellers confirm they have the legal right to sell listed products

Sellers Resposibilities

Sellers are solely responsible for:

  • - Product listings and pricing
  • - Content uploaded (images, text, descriptions)
  • - Customer communication via WhatsApp or Email
  • - Order fulfillment, delivery, returns, and refunds
  • - Compliance with GST and consumer protection laws

Account Suspension & Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate Seller access:

  • - For violation of these Terms
  • - For illegal or harmful activities
  • - If required by law or government authorities

Disclaimer

  • - We act only as a technology platform
  • - We do not verify sellers, products, or content
  • - All transactions are strictly between Seller and Customer

Indemnification

Sellers agree to indemnify and hold harmless [KokumSell Kart(KsKart)] from claims arising due to:

  • - Seller content
  • - Violation of laws
  • - Breach of these Terms

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, Courts of Mumbai shall have jurisdiction.
