This Content Policy defines what Sellers are allowed and not allowed to upload on KokumSell Kart (KsKart).

Sellers Resposibility

  • All content uploaded by Sellers is their sole responsibility
  • We do not pre-screen or approve content.

Prohibited Content (Zero Tolerance)

Sellers must NOT upload or promote:

Illegal & Harmful Content

  • - Pornographic or sexually explicit material
  • - Child sexual abuse or exploitation content
  • - Nudity or sexually suggestive imagery
  • - Hate speech, harassment, or abusive language
  • - Violence or extremist content
  • - Drugs, narcotics, or banned substances
  • - Weapons, ammunition, or explosives
  • - Counterfeit, stolen, or pirated goods
  • - Content violating intellectual property rights
  • - Content violating Indian laws or court orders

Enforcement

  • - We may remove content without notice
  • - We may suspend or permanently ban Seller accounts
  • - Serious violations may be reported to authorities

Users may report inappropriate or illegal content via:

Legal Compliance

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate Seller access:

  • We comply with the Information Technology Act, 2000 and applicable rules.
  • Content may be removed or disclosed upon lawful request.
